Shipping policy

All orders are processed for your selected delivery/collection day and time. Typically orders will be processed within 48 hours.

Should you opt for local delivery, you will receive another email or text notification when your order has been successfully delivered.

Local delivery

Local delivery is available for all orders placed in store or online. Where this is the chosen option, a rate of £6 will be added to the order total for local delivery.

Deliveries are made during selected time frames on available days which can be seen and selected before checkout on the cart page.

We only provide local delivery to GY postcodes.

In-store collection

You can skip the delivery fees with free local collection at 3 New Road, St Sampson's, Guernsey, GY2 4QF. After placing your order and selecting local collection at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up for your selected date and time. 

Our in-store collection hours are below;

Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 10-4pm

Thursday 11-2pm and 4-6pm.

These hours are subject to change at short notice and updates will be posted on our social media channels.

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come to collect.

International shipping

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping.
