We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
• Be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.
• Be in its original packaging.
• Be accompanied by a receipt or order confirmation.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Helium products (balloons) – due to their perishable nature.
- Underwear – for hygiene reasons.
- Perishable goods (such as food and flowers).
- Custom or personalised products (such as special orders).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Sale items and gift cards.
- Event tickets.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it in-store. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Should a refund be accepted by Sprinkle of Magic, it will be provided in the form of store credit. Some items are not eligible for refunds, which will be stated in the product description.
