Balloon Hand Pump

It is dual-action so it inflates on both the push and pull stroke so is very efficient. It has an improved nozzle which is tapered for easy inflation of smaller latex balloons such as 5", 6" and 260Q's but can also be used efficiently with 10", 11" and 12" latex balloons.
